Add/edit vehicles

The number you use to identify your vehicle.   This number can be modified anytime.

Write here the VIN # of the vehicule.

The make of the vehicle.

The model of the vehicle.

The vehicle type.

The fuel type.   You can choose one of these : Gas, Diesel or Hybrid.

The construction year of the vehicle.

The registration of the vehicle.

The date of purchase of the vehicle.

The purchase cost of the vehicle.

The odometer at purchase.

The supplier of the vehicle.   Click the button at the right of this field to select the supplier from a list.   If you wish to add a new supplier, just write his name in the field and at   saving time you will be asked if you want to add it to the existing suppliers list.

Notes about the purchase of this vehicle.

The name of the insurer of the vehicle.

The name of the insurance company.

Notes on the insurance coverage.

This check box allow you to determine if the vehicle should be considered active or inactive.   If the vehicle is inactive, it's records will not be displayed in the different windows (odometer statements, fuel, oil changes, etc.) of the software.    

General notes concerning the selected vehicle.

This button allows you to save the new vehicle or the modifications to the selected vehicle.
