Add/edit other fees
This window allow you to fill the data concerning a new other fees or to edit data from an existing one.
1. Vehicles list Choose the vehicle for wich you want to edit or create an other fee. You will not be able to select another vehicle than the selected one if you come from the vehicles window.

2. Suppliers list Select the supplier.

3. Date The date of the other fee.
|
4. Cost The price!
|
5. Ref. # The invoice, or reference number.
|
6. Description A description of the other fee.
|
7. Odometer Odometer reading.
Optional. When you enter a value here, an odometer statement is automatically created.

8. Note A note about the current record.
|
9. Save To save the new record or modifications.
|
10. Cancel Cancel the add or edit.
|
11. Date #2 You can use this field as a second date reference, if needed. |
