Is it possible to access the database from a remote location?

With our “Network” editions, you can share the database over a local network. If you want to access the database from a remote office or location we strongly suggest our database hosting service.

Will your softwares run on a Mac or on Linux?

Vehicle Fleet Manager and Tool & Asset Manager are compatible with Windows XP and later only (Vista, 7, 8, 10…).

Fleet Manager Mobile, the web based version of Vehicle Fleet Manager, will run on Mac, Smartphones and Tablets.

Vehicle Fleet Manager 2.2

I need to re-install version 2.2. Where can I find the latest build?

Click here to download the latest build of 2.2 version.

If you need to activate the software, just contact us with your identification code (click on “Activate now” in the first window to see your identification code) and we will send you the corresponding activation code. Dont forget to include the email address used for your initial purchase.

Vehicle Fleet Manager 3.0

I need to install Vehicle Fleet Manager 3.0 on a new computer and I want to restore my database. How should I proceed?

 

Single-user configuration

1. First, you need to do a backup copy in a safe place of the database file located on your old computer. The name of this file is GESTIONFLOTTE.FDB. If you are not sure where this file is located, then here is how you can find it

2. Once it’s done, click here to download and install the latest version of Vehicle Fleet Manager on your new computer.

***For users of old 2.2 version!***

Contact us if you want to migrate to 3.0 version.

If you want to continue with 2.2 version, then click here to download the latest build.

3. Now that you have Vehicle Fleet Manager installed on your new computer, you have to replace the demo database file with your own database copy you made at step 1. The default folder for the database file is “C:\ProgramData\VehicleFleetManager” (for older installation, this folder may be “C:\Program Files (x86)\Vehicle Fleet Manager 3.0 Data”) so just copy/paste your database file to this folder.

4. Finally, you will have to send us your new identification code so we will be able to send you the corresponding activation code. See the following picture for an example of an identification code

To replace the database server computer

Vehicle Fleet Manager 4.0

I need to install Vehicle Fleet Manager 4.0 on a new computer and I want to restore my database. How should I proceed?
